Shipping and Returns
We offer free US ground shipping for orders over 50$ (and only 10$ shipping cost for orders under 50$). Our process time is 1-7 business days, typically 3-5 business days, and once your order is ready and shipped, tracking number will be sent to you via email, with a link to the tracking service. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days.
We send our products directly from an Amazon Warehouse by a Currier.
Please note that if you order more than one product, they might be sent not at the same time, therefore you will receive more than one tracking number and more than one package.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time, but you may return your purchase within 30 days of it's arrival to you. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit card.
